What counts as a licensed seat?
Licensed seats are the people who log in to manage safety — managers, safety officers, directors, and admins. Everyone else reports incidents, signs JSAs and toolbox talks, and checks their own training through the portal or a kiosk, at no cost.
A 900-person plant typically needs 20–40 licensed seats.
